How to order?

1. Select the desired product, add it to your shopping cart, and click “Checkout.”

2. Enter your details: full name, email address, phone number.

3. Choose a delivery method: OMNIVA or DPD.
   Please note: when choosing a delivery method, you must also select the desired pickup location (parcel locker or delivery address). If you need a different delivery method, please contact us at: info@sage-green.lv.

4. Choose your payment method: bank transfer, online payment, or card payment.

5. Click the “Place order” button.

Payment Methods

Bank transfer
You will receive an invoice sent to the email address you provided. You will also receive an SMS notification that the invoice has been issued. When making the payment via your online bank, please carefully fill in the required information and include the invoice number in the payment details.
Note: If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Online payment and card payment
This service is provided by the electronic money institutions Maksekeskus AS or STRIPE. You will be redirected to a secure payment window, where you can choose your online bank or enter your card details to complete the payment.

Order Processing

We accept orders 24/7 and process them on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Once the order is placed and the invoice is paid, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time and location.

Delivery is carried out within 1 to 3 business days* from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Deliveries are fulfilled by courier service providers OMNIVA and DPD.

Delivery Options and Costs

• FREE delivery within Latvia for orders over EUR 70.00 via Omniva, Venipak, or Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers.

• FREE delivery to Estonia and Lithuania for orders over EUR 100.00 via Omniva parcel lockers.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the weight of the order and the desired delivery time. Therefore, we will coordinate the most suitable option with you before dispatching the products.

Product Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of purchase, provided you can present a proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or delivery note) in accordance with Article 12, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the moment of cancellation to the same account used to make the payment.

Returns are not accepted if the product packaging has been opened or damaged.
The return method is agreed upon individually between SIA Sage-Green and the customer.
