(hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) provides the content and services available on its websites www.sage-green.lv and www.sage-green.eu in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions

When a consumer purchases goods or services through the Online Store, this agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts.

2. Ordering Process

Prices and product descriptions are listed next to each item in the Online Store.

To place an order:

• Add the desired items to the shopping cart

• Fill in the required fields

• Choose your preferred delivery method

The total cost, including shipping, will be displayed before checkout. Complete the payment to finalize the order.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are made in EUR.

Available payment methods (provided via Maksekeskus AS and the platform makecommerce.lv):

• Bank payments in Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor

• Bank payments in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

• Bank payments in Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

• Bank payments in Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

• Visa / Mastercard card payments

Important: After paying via internet bank, click “Return to Merchant” to complete the order.

Personal data required for payment is processed by the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The agreement takes effect upon successful payment to the Online Store’s account. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and the payment will be refunded within 14 days.

4. Delivery Terms

Products are delivered throughout the Baltic region (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) via Omniva and DPD courier services.

• Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation

• Delivery time: Delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business days from dispatch

Shipping fees are shown before order confirmation. The buyer covers any applicable customs duties or local taxes if delivery is outside Latvia.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of receipt by sending a written explanation by email to info@sage-green.eu.

Returned products must be unused and undamaged. Returns are accepted free of charge.

To use the right of withdrawal, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product has been used inappropriately or its packaging is missing or significantly damaged, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount.

The buyer must send the product back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request. The refund will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.

If the buyer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard offered, the store is not obliged to reimburse the difference.

6. Non-conforming Products

The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance with the contract terms or defects in goods discovered within 6 months of delivery.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within 2 months of discovery by submitting a complaint via email to info@sage-green.eu.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.

The Online Store will respond in writing within 15 days of receiving a complaint.

7. Personal Data Processing

The Online Store processes only the personal data entered by the buyer during checkout (e.g. name, email, delivery address).

Data is shared with delivery providers to fulfill shipping services.

If you have opted in to receive marketing communication, we may occasionally send emails about our latest offers or products. You may opt out at any time by emailing info@sage-green.eu.

8. Dispute Resolution

For matters not covered in these Terms, both parties agree to comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Disputes are resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Latvia or through the Consumer Rights Protection Centre.

The buyer may also refer disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
